Stacy Gewecke | Career, Life and Wellness Coach

To her peers, colleagues, friends and family, Stacy Gewecke is a successful, accomplished and dedicated professional. For more than a decade, she has tirelessly worked her way up the ladder in the sports entertainment industry. Long hours, late nights, countless weekends on the road—Stacy was plagued by overwhelming stress and exhaustion. Like many driven and talented women, Stacy was convinced this was merely the price of success.

But when does the price become too high?

At just 24 years old, Stacy’s path was already taking its toll and surprisingly landed a seemingly healthy, vibrant woman in a hospital bed, just hours from death. Though grateful to be alive, Stacy was left feeling frustrated and embarrassed, and with a permanent heart condition. Across the next six years, each time she pushed the limits, Stacy was reminded how unsustainable her lifestyle had become. It wasn’t just her health she was sacrificing but her future and the most important relationships in her life as well.

That’s where her drive to find deeper meaning and purpose began.

Stacy decided to forge a new path, one that prioritized her physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. After fighting her way back to health, she took the first steps down this new path by saying “no” to changes that would compromise her priorities and – finally – saying “yes” to what truly ignites her passion. In her quest for self-discovery, Stacy confronted her struggle with vulnerability. She found her voice and began asking for what she wanted, and found that she could lead a life (with a career) that is both challenging and fulfilling without burning out in the process.

Through Bravitude, Stacy is coaching empowered women to find and exercise their authentic voice, to become courageous leaders who advocate for their sense of self and that of others. A Career & Life Wellness Coach, Stacy is adept at helping women identify and achieve their goals toward a thriving career, meaningful relationships and a healthy lifestyle.
